PASENet is a real-time centralized application framework that aggregates data securely from each parking space into a single, optimized data store for administration, communication, management and control. The software engineering focus has been on providing parking asset managers, town planners, traffic consultants and city officials with a tool that determines effective parking policy and asset pricing to maximize investment yields.
PASENet Local includes a full suite of reporting and analysis tools, in graphical, tabular and spatial view formats. Parking managers can use these tools to monitor the performance of the parking facility either in real-time or on a historical basis. Key features include:
- Interactive 2D map of the parking facility, with zoom-in and zoom-out functionality, displaying the current status of all system components and parking spaces. Selecting any component will bring to view options for displaying status history, or configuring thresholds and other parameters (subject to authorised use)
- Benchmarking analysis in comparing performance of portfolio asset sites
- Historical reports including occupancy, utilisation, zonal and parking space status, variable messaging sign status and message history
